Along with the continuous advancement of human science and technology, various new

and high-tech production materials have emerged in various application fields, and new

and reuse them. Most of the carbon fiber products are characterized by low hardness, but

the fiber structure is closely intertwined, the pulling force is large, and the shape is not fixed.

It is very difficult to break the material and cut it. Gu Company has developed a crusher for

carbon fiber---cutter-type cutter, which is a blade that uses a pair of vertical planes to move

linearly, and the feed guide roller that synchronously drives the feed device will be cut. The

tow is fed into the cutting port, and the cutting length required for fixing the stopper is used

to complete the cutting work.

(1) The structure of the device is simple, and the adjustment range of the cutting length is

wide (the shortest is even 0.1mm);

(2) The requirements for the cut tow are not high, and it is possible to process materials of

various specifications, even various types of corners.
